Purpose

This notice governs access to and use of the website www.quoteprocess.com and of the free tools it offers (quote calculator, quote generator and public demo). Use of the application with an account and a subscription is additionally governed by the Terms and conditions.

Access to the site is free and requires no registration, except in the areas identified as private. Browsing it means accepting this notice as published at the time.

Use of the free tools

The calculator, the generator and the public demo are provided for information and demonstration purposes. The amounts they show are indicative, calculated from sample rules or from the rules the user enters, and are not an offer, a binding quote or commercial advice of any kind.

The public demo is limited to ten uses per hour and IP address. Please do not paste personal data or third-party confidential information into it: real mail belongs in the application, under contract and with the guarantees of the Data processing agreement.

Intellectual property

The code, design, texts, the QuoteProcess brand and the other elements of the site belong to the owner or are used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without written authorisation is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law.

The data, rate rules and content entered by the user remain theirs. See the intellectual property section of the Terms and conditions.

Liability

The owner is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the site, from interruptions beyond its control, or for the content of third-party sites linked from here. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site available and its information current, without guaranteeing the absence of errors.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute relating to the website, the parties submit to the courts of the owner domicile, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
